Luxury Trend Architectural designed modular bath and Kitchen cores are ready to use when erected. They are built in 8
to 10 ft wide by 10 to 20-40 ft long modules 9 ft high. leaving 1 ft clearance for drain water and electric hook ups. Most
homes have 10 to 12 ft ceiling with some rooms up to 20 ft high ceilings.
Some modules have real gas or electric fireplaces built in for very little extra cost..

The kitchen and bath cores will be sold with systems or to
other contractors with panel kits or fully errected.
