Draft Examples of high rise design possibilities, Most of our towers will be 4 to 10 stories ( 40 story with additional post tensioning)  with basement or 1 st level under building secure  parking garages or retail space.  Some will have  dramatic cantelivered  prow or curved shaped decks. Some  will have optional super energy effient and super quiet  TrussCast Glass walls. Some with unique new triple and quadtruple glass and storm proof Lexan wall sytems for the coastal areas, cast in high strength concrete with inbedded shades.  The condos and luxury hotels will have a Beach Trend Dramatic look with optional arches for the European Coastal look. Our Beach Trend and Lake Trend homes will have exotic designer slate, tile, polished stone made with our polished super slick epoxy coated TSV steel molds or  cast in place foundations,  walls, floors, roofs, with some real  granite and slate options.  There are many  luxury stone, stucco,  and tile looks applied at the 24/7/365 factory. The long life finishes in all the structures will have unique  epoxy- cement Lava Fibers and steel conectors and frames that are permantly grouted with high strength fiber bonding grout.  Some that need bullet and blast resistant  features will have  optional woven lava fiber fabrics, and Basalt or steel rebar with designer TrussCast frames. Some structures will have designer  Glass used in revolving or sliding entry doors 6 to 8 ft. wide by 10 to 20 ft. ft tall . Some penthouses will have lofts up to 20 foot tall.  Most building will have large multi-story  atriums, some with glass elevators and all with video and  card  gated security. The luxury  projects will have live security and optional valet parking on the 1st or basement level.
